I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior.

I'm a leader, researcher, designer, facilitator, problem-solver.

My graduate degree in interaction design and undergraduate degree in psychology have served me well in improving the health of thousands of employees in my decade of work in human resources and corporate wellness.

Using human-centered approaches to understand employees’ pain points to build empathy has been the key in creating meaningful services and products that enhance their journeys to adapt their behaviors.

In fact, my work has been recognized by way of the GoodLife Fitness Health and Wellness Leadership Award for service improvements seen after enhancing the member experience in the wellness program at Devon Canada.

I thrive on designing optimal solutions to solve problems, no matter the environment.
