I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior.

I'm a leader, researcher, designer, facilitator, problem-solver.

I’ve been so lucky to apply the skills from my bachelor’s degree in psychology towards improving the health of thousands of employees in my decade of work in human resources and corporate wellness.

Using human-centered approaches to understand employees’ pain points to build empathy has been the key in creating meaningful services and products that enhance their journeys in adapting their behaviors.

In fact, my work has been recognized by way of the GoodLife Fitness Health and Wellness Leadership Award for service improvements seen after enhancing the member experience in the wellness program at Devon Canada.

And now with a master’s degree in interaction design thrown into the mix, I continue my work designing optimal solutions to solve problems, no matter the environment.
